Came here after soft play for my Sons birthday. We had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! The food was delicious as always, but what really made our visit special was the amazing customer service. Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Really fresh & delicious - especially when you order what you want and don’t leave it at the mercy of the buffet options! You NIST try their new hot honey wings, so so good! Customer service was great and the atmosphere was great too, it’s a very quiet place when you don’t go during buffet time so you get to enjoy even better customer service and food. The brownie dessert? I would go back there for that alone anytime!
Went there recently after school for the all you can eat and the staff were polite and helped resolve an issue with a discount app I use. Good price and nice food!
Food ok, service, always waiting to be seated and never any staff around when needed. Food was OK. My sons pizza was slightly burned but waited so long couldn't be bothered to send it back. Atmosphere was ok. I will return but out of convenience really. Also quite pricey for what you get.
